The Exchange Club of Charleston, SC partnered with Darkness to Light to provide Stewards of Children training for their members. Sixty-four members gave up their Saturday morning to attend the training on April 30, 2017. The training was led by Martha Tumblin and Laura Fogarty, with help from Catherine Townsend – all from D2L.


South Carolina has one official Exchange CAP Center affiliate located in Beaufort County. This video is several years old, but still contains some relevant information. The Open Arms shelter welcomes abused and neglected children from all over the State of South Carolina and the Child Abuse Prevention Association also participates in the Exchange Parent Aide Program.

Windwood has been providing Help, Hope and Healing to abused and neglected children in South Carolina for more than thirty years.
